Luke T. Geraty

Luke GeratyLuke (Th.B, M.Div., M.A.) is a young budding Pastor/Theologian who served for over ten years as the Lead Pastor of a Vineyard church in Northern WI before transitioning to the Red Bluff Vineyard in California. He somewhat recently finished an M.A. in Evangelical & Charismatic Studies through the University of Birmingham (UK), writing his dissertation on the Vineyard and sacramental theology (“Toward a Vineyard Sacramental Theology: The Pneumatic Relationship between the “Not Yet” and the “Now””). He’s now focused on doing a PhD in ecclesiology. He is a biblical theology geek who reads a lot (aka, he’s a nerd).

Luke is a member of the Society of Vineyard Scholars, Society for Pentecostal Studies, and would love to be a member of several other societies if they weren’t so expensive! Thankfully he has access to all of the academic journals he needs through his university library!

He and his wife, Dawn, have five children (Allana, Mikenna, Sadie, Cyril, and Søren). He is passionate about Jesus, the kingdom of God, missional theology, pneumatology, ecclesiology, and a wide range of other subjects. Luke is also a die-hard fly fishing trout bum who loves catching big fish on flies.
