Friends, I’m interested to know what you believe is the most important issue that is facing the Church, specifically here in the western world (North America & Europe).

These are some of the popular subjects that others have suggested. What do you think are the important topics that no one is talking about?
The most important issue in the church is communicating and living the gospel in every generation. We have a mandate from God to take the good news to the world. Trying to tackle any issue outside of a context of God’s grace in the gospel will only be a culture war that can’t be won apart from salvation in Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit!
Post-modernism. Truth becomes a moving target and people begin to use it to validate and justify their sin. It also begins to weaken accountability to each other in the Church and it begins to pervert grace.
1Co 5:11-13 But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler–not even to eat with such a one. For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? God judges those outside. “Purge the evil person from among you.”
A post-modern mindset will not allow for righteous judgements or much needed accountability. It then allows all kinds of sin to creep into the Church.
